Best product I've used for tough odors

I had a sick pet who had accidents on my carpet. I tried to remove the odor but nothing worked. The first time I used the Odor Out it seemed to work, but a few days later the odor returned. After reading several reviews, I noticed some people had to use the second application. I reapplied the product,and so far it has worked. Thank goodness!
