My mom has sever Alzheimer's, I have been her caregiver for the past four years. She has not moved while sleeping however, the past weekend I found her on the floor and very cold. My guess is she had been there for at least two hours!!!! The Sander's Safety Rail has been a God sent!! The locking pins on either side are easy to open and close. There are no parts to irritate mom arms or hands. Provides more than enough space to make the bed. Easy assembly, tools are included and set up for one person.
