I have had a horrible experience with this sink. I had to return the first one I purchased because of all the deep scratches and dents. It took over a month to get my money back. But this was the sink I had my heart on for my new kitchen. So as soon I returned I ordered another one. Hopefully, the first sink was a fluke. I was wrong. It takes 3 weeks to get the sink. When it arrives, it is apparent these are factory seconds. The sink is so scratched along the back where the faucet sets it looks like someone took a grinder to it. There are some places all over( that will be visible) that have deep scratches or surface scratches with the same grinder looking appearance. I decided to keep this sink because the same one sells for $599.99 at Home Depot. If you can live with a factory second, meaning it didn't pass quality control standards, then this one is perfect. **If you do need to return this do so from home. Print out the return label and let FedEx pick it up. Walmart held my return for 2 weeks before they had FedEx pick it up. It could've been that my store dropped the ball. I don't know. Or probably they wait until they have several items to ship to save money. I hope this gives you enough information to help make a more informed decision.
