Nice but hard to install

We like the toilet overall, looks great functions well, but plumber could not use the inadequate wax ring that came with the toilet, nor did the hardware properly secure the toilet to the floor, so he had to use his own hardware and his own wax ring. The cost of these problems was astronomical, since the plumber charges by the hour. So the cost of installation was more than the price of the toilet
