Since this is about the only dog food small enough that my chihuahuas can actually chew, I give it 4 stars. This only applies to the chicken variety though. They won't eat the steak option. My chihuahuas are 10 years old, and have always preferred this Pedigree.

Our dogs love this food, and they have had other food. And when they have run out, I have given them other dog food and they would not eat it. Then I order more of Pedigree dry roasted chicken and veggies food. They eat it right away, so that tells me they love Pedigree..

Nutritious and Reasonably Priced
Our Rosie is a 6 year old Chihuahua mix, who has a VERY sensitive stomach. She eats the wrong thing and she's sick for days, which is why I made her food faithfully for almost a year. Then I had an emergency and didn't get to make her food, so I quickly researched online what food would be best for her, and found this. We'd intended for her to eat this only until I could make a new batch of her homemade food, but she really seemed to like it. We noticed it didn't bother her tummy, she liked it, and her hair started looking healthier and feeling softer. So she's been on it for about 7 months and hasn't been sick except once when she ate something in the grass outside. We're truly impressed with this dog food, it's reasonably priced, she prefers this flavor over any other, and we intend to keep feeding it to her as long as it agrees with her.
