Honestly, I wanted it to keep it but Walmart curbside gave me an open package and missing the paper inside. I did a quick test with my Samsung phone. I was able to do a quick backup in less than 3 minutes and erased it. When I went back to look for another one they didn't have one.

While the ssd worked perfectly with my samsung phone, super fast speed, connection with my mac was another story. So before you add anything to the ssd, plug it into your mac and format to exfat, it will not work otherwise. Besides that, i recommend.
