Great customer service
Remodeled my bathroom about 4 years ago and went with the Kenzo fixtures throughout. I recently had a few problems with my sink faucet leaking. I contacted customer service and had replacement parts sent to me within a week, awesome! They even sent me a new shower head as mine had lost a few of the rubber sprayers. Great products and customer service to back them up, highly recommended.

Beautiful! Elegant and sturdy!
I remodeled my bathroom about 1.5 yrs ago, came across these faucets and simply had to have them! They look so beautiful and elegant in my guest powder room - many many compliments! I have a double sink and having 2 of these faucets truly make a statement. All my guest comment on these faucets and like how the water flows out of them... Very nice and highly recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Form over function
These are elegant fixtures. I remodeled my master bath in marble and the fixtures are so beautiful with it. Unfortunately the sink tap no longer has any flow (and never did have a strong pressure). The shower fittings are ok. The tub fixture moves around. I have been happy with the look but very unhappy with the performance. Do not recommend.
