How do you clean it or how do you take it apart
Like all shower heads it will need to be cleaned. But how do you take it apart to clean it. Not a good site, if it does not include maintenance instructions or even an exploded drawing that you could figure it out.

Poor flow
Re-did our bathroom and had this head with the Moen posi temp handle. The flow is set at one pressure and the shower head pressure is so poor it takes my wife 20 minutes to get all the shampoo out of her hair. Had to replace this with our old shower massage head which works great, so it is not the water pressure but the head.

Disappointed
The shower head came off yesterday. The white insert has several parts that stick up and they were all broken off. This is only 2 years old. I tried to check the parts on your site - very unfriendly - would not let me look at the parts. I need a shower can't wait for you to decide if it is under warranty or not. So much for have it for life. On my way to get something from your competitors.
