Perfect parts, lack of proper instructions.

Part works great, once you figure out the proper orientation of the spring, plastic cup, cartridge and handle. When I pulled off the handle and cartridge, the spring and cup came out of place, so I had no idea regarding the proper placement and orientation of these. Trial and error, and 1/2 hour later, I figured out that the spring goes in the hole first, then the cup goes over the spring, cup side down. Then the cartridge needs to go with the tab oriented to that the handle will fit over it. Also, as you're tightening the big nut, the cartridge can shift upward and out of the slots, which allows it to turn. So you may need to take a small tool to push down on the cartridge (not the stem) while you're tightening down the nut. A simple picture of this would have made the job simple.
