I had noticed my latest labwork showed a drop in my magnesium levels. I asked my physician about it, and she wasn't worried, but stated a supplement probably would work. A quick internet search showed me that I really couldn't beat the Walmart price. And while I really don't feel any difference, my latest lab work showed my magnesium level to be within normal limits. So, I know that bu taking the recommended daily dose or one tablet daily, I am getting what I need. My magnesium tablet doing it's job, working silently in the background. I give it five stars and a big thumbs up, and highly recommend it for anyone who needs a madgnesium supplement. : NOTICE: If you are taking blood pressure medication, please check with your physician before taking this supplement.

These seem to help with leg cramps
My husband and I take 1000mg Magnesium daily as recommended by a nurse, and these do seem to help with leg cramps especially. I can tell when I miss for a few days and I wake up with a leg cramp. When I'm taking them, no leg cramps.
