Great lifters

After soaking them for 3 days in oil and installing them, some still took a little more time to pump up but other than that; super quiet and great performance

Received small block chevy lifters in ford box

Bought these lifters as part of a freshen up of a 351c engine in a 73 mustang. Assembled the engine until the point where I'm adjusting the valve train. I then noticed that the lifters have a lot of extra room. I take one out and measure .842 inches, or the size for small block chevy lifters. I confirm via part number on the box they came in that they were supposed to be .875 351c ford lifters. Everyone be careful ordering comp camps lifters. Measure before you install, seems like a huge QA issue to me.
