These pads are truly impressive and have become one of my go-to products. They never leak, even on heavier flow days or overnight, which gives total peace of mind. My daughters had problems with a slight burning in their groin area due to the plastic on regular pads. Always Infinity Overnight has more of a "foam-like" soft exterior, therefore being more comfortable and no more issues with the rubbing, burning sensation. Ahhhh nice!
