Epson WorkForce ES-865 Color Duplex Document Scanner with TWAIN Driver

Upon receiving this product I didn't know the capability of it especially since it's so compact. Let me say I was astonished. My 8 year old son helped me take it out on the box and set it up to start using (so yes it's easy to unbox and set up and is lightweight). So my husband says I save way too many papers but in my defense- we may eventually need them for something right?! So I thought this would be perfect to declutter the paper and get everything stored and organized. It is to my amazement the speed of this scanner. It literally takes seconds and maybe not even that long. This also can scan the back of documents without having to take the paper out and feed again. Talk about a time saver. Another great feature - is the accuracy of the scan. Colors details everything. My little kids love helping load the scanner and find it funny how fast it goes. We've scanned documents, pictures, receipts, manuals etc and everything has worked superbly. There's been no glitches nothing. It's been extremely dependable and a life saver. Not to mention helped me declutter and not have to worry about keeping papers. I am so glad to have this in my life. This es-865 scanner is so easy to use. I found out from unboxing to set up and use. Once out if the box you plus 2 clrds together then 1 end into the back of the scanner and the other into the outlet. It also has a cord to go from the scanner to the computer. The easy set up guide that is included walk you through the simple steps. 1st you need to go to the website to download the program. Answer a few questions and your all set. You pull the top tray and then the bottom out. Once everything is set up and install it is time to use it. You load the papers at the top and hit the scan button. They shot throught and pop up on the computer. You can then edit/rotate, name and save to the appropriate folder. This scanner is nice quick, quiet and can scan color or black and white print/pictures.
