Poor quality screws

I bought the Windemere towel hook and the screws were of such poor quality that the head stripped before they were fully installed. It was a nightmare trying to remove them so that a better quality screw could be used.

Terrible hardware

The hardware that this came with was terrible. The anchors and screws stripped very easily. The fastener did not tighten well onto the hook.
