Auto-darkening Helmet works well, great value

Excellent value! Auto-darkening is very fast, which is what's needed. Sensitivity can be varied over a wide range.

Wow! For the sale price, you gotta get this helmet

Maybe it's just that I've been making do with a 10+ year old auto helmet ‘cause they're just pricey and I've got better stuff to spend my cash on. But at $30 bucks, what have I got to lose, and I needed copper backers anyway. What a difference true clear vision screen makes between tacks and runs and the adjustability for darkening makes this my go to instead of my paddle shield.

Great value as a backup or for a weekender

A little flimsy and headband isn't that comfortable… probably but one of those 1960s NBA headbands. Great response time on the shield light adjustment feature. I think it's a great value for the money. You can spend a ton more and I'm sure you get what you pay for, but for a weekender like me. Perfect.
