Use burners that are the same size as the pan that you are using. Adjust the gas flame so that it does not extend up the sides of the pan. Avoid sliding or dragging your cookware over the surface of your stovetop, as scratches may result. Always use potholders or oven mitts when removing cookware from the oven. This cookware is oven safe to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Glass lids are oven safe to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). This cookware is not broiler safe. Never use this cookware in the microwave. Sharp-edged tools such as forks and knives should not be used and knives should never be used to cut inside the pan. Scratches and peeling due to metal and sharp-edged utensils is not covered under. warranty. Using low to medium heat can preserve the cookware's exterior and nonstick interior coatings as well as preserve the nutrients in food. High heat may damage the cookware's coating, voiding the warranty. Do not use nonstick cooking sprays. Nonstick staining occurs even with normal use, but is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty. This cookware is not intended for commercial use or restaurant use.

Amazing!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. I usually use stainless steel, but these are a nice switch up from that. They're stylish, nonstick and heat evenly. I enjoyed them especially for cooking breakfast (eggs) which really shows their quality. Super lightweight as well.
