Great to prevent colds!
Zinc protects you from so many ailments. I just can't live without it( especially in winter) when colds, covid, and flu is running rampant. The tablets ate a little cheaper, but it diesnt taste good at all! I prefer these 50g capsules. They are easier to swallow and you don't have to taste them.
