CoQ10 is a supplement that, even though our bodies make it, after age 30, it declines. I noticed the difference within a few days. No after-taste. No side-effects. Very helpful if taking a STATIN or have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. The price for this product with this company thru WalMart was too good to pass up.
