would recommend this product it has been very good for me and my baby since using, kept my baby's heart rate at a healthy pace and also kept me in check. no bad prenatal appointments so I would say this product is 100% five stars although I have switched to an gummy prenatal instead of this one because of the after taste this prenatal gives it just wasn't helping with what nausea I was already having if you are using this product be ready to have a fruity juice next by. but I will be buying again but wish they could get rid of that nasty after taste of the pill.

After two months my vitamin deficiency has improved significantly and my doctor has told me to stay on these for my daily routine. Thank you so much!
