Spring Valley Proactive Support Omega-3 Fish Oil soft gels have zero after taste and no issues with burping up a fishy taste either. The pills are big if you have issues with swallowing so keep that in to consideration when looking at these bur the price is great and I do recommend!

I could tell a difference with my knee pain after I started this. I Zumba and my knee pain was gone. I've noticed that I burp fishy burps a few times after taking this in the mornings but it doesn't last long. I am truly surprised that this works so well.
