I have used this for years. And it works! I was going for a blood test mid morning and had taken this early in the morning. My B levels were off the charts…..oops. The only thing I would suggest is buying it directly from the store. I live in the desert and ordered it online. When fedex delivered it, the bottles were roasting hot. And as you know, heat affects vitamin potency.
