These help my thinning hair. Makes my hair healthier looking. Been taking these for years. Don't give up, it takes a while to notice the difference. Check at your scalp in front when they have time to work you will see little short sprouts of hair coming through.

Affordable and easy to swallow
For a while I was taking biotin alone but this supplement has a better mix of vitamins in a single pill. it's also not too big and easy to swallow. Now, how effective is this vitamin at supporting hair skin and nail health? I can't really say for sure since I was already taking biotin before but I will say that my appearance hasn't gotten any worse.

Just Meh.
Taste good. Hard not to eat more than recommended. Still not sure on how well they work. Been taking them for about 2 months and my nails are just barely starting to grow. I don't think they do much for hair and skin.
