I am sensing some increased immunity since I started taking this supplement 3 months ago. A smart choice during cold and flu season especially for seniors. One a day is enough unless you are feeling off, then double it. These gummies are easy to dissolve or swallow. They taste more like berries than some other brands. You can also get a high quality jam in jars from Walmart. I recommend it if you can afford the price.
