Spring Valley Vitamins

Spring Valley CoQ10 + Carnitine is for heart health. I know a lot of people who take this & swear by it. I have no heart problems but what I can tell you is that I feel better. I have more energy & feel more alert. I am a 67 year old woman that was skeptic about vitamins but most always had used Spring Valley Brand. I am a believer.

Read the fine print- Disappointing!

My doctor suggested this, and suggested 200 mg/day. I liked the price and value here and went for it. I just discovered that the bottle is kind of misleading, with the label saying "200 mg/serving"… but the fine print tells us that a serving is 2 capsules… why not just indicate on the label exactly what it is; 50 100 mg capsules. This disappointed me. It is not the value I thought it is. I will continue with the product and may very well stick w this brand, but am not 100% sure.
