Spring Valley Biotin & Collagen Liquid, 1 fl oz, 15000 Mcg, Natural Berry Flavor

I love this stuff. I at one point was using powder then found this. It's easy to use but you may have to do a double squeeze on the dropper. No measurements but that's ok for me I just use a a full dropper amount. I noticed my little flexibility nail are much thicker and don't peel when I use collagen vs not using. I just put this in my coffee in the morning or anything that I maybe drinking for that matter. I did notice that it requires a little bit of swirling action with whatever you are drinking to break it up otherwise it will remain a purple glob at the bottom of the container. So I add swirl (usually with a liquid sweetener) till it is dissolved and add coffee (I usually normally add in liquid b complex to get those vitamins also) then drink said coffee. On its own it does have the slight berry taste I just prefer to sip on it throughout the morning. Have already recommended to several people. Been using for several years

bought this to help me with faster hair growth. i have 3c hair that is prone to breakage and hard to retain length with all the tangles and i take this and a multi vitamin gummy to help speed up hair growth and it really does help. i just did a big chop about a month or so ago and have already seen my hair grow longer. and i love that this is affordable too unlike other brands. also taking for nail growth as i used to be a nail biter and wore acrylics a lot and it damaged my nails.
