These really work. They don't have a lot of other things in them and they are a reasonable potency. They have a little funny taste, but all Ashwagandha does, so it's way better than most. Some have such a high potency that it's dangerous. This one is just perfect.

Spring Valley Ashwagandha Gummies
I've been taking this Ashwagandha gummies for about a year. They help me lower my stress by lowering my cortisol levels and they really help me manage my hormonal weight. I tried to stop them and my weight goes up instantly and I get terrible soreness and pain during my periods if I stop them. So I need to continue taking them, hopefully they don't have long term side effects for taking it too long. I also discovered that taking them at night works better for me than day time. If I take them during the day, I get a headache and it keeps me awake at night. It's so weird.
