Kids love it!

The Sportspower Sunnyslope wooden swing set came in two large boxes that were VERY heavy. When the boxes were delivered they were a little banged up, but all the pieces were in perfect condition. It will take at least two people to put this together, and it took us two days to assemble. All of the pieces are marked and the hardware is in individually labeled bags which was great. I won't say that it was an easy job to put this swing set together, but it is a very sturdy swing set. You will spend the majority of your time assembling the "fort" section as there are many boards that make this up. There are some tools included--allen wrenches and a socket, but we used our own tools to assemble. Also included are tie downs. The swing set has a fort on one end with an attached picnic table on the end and the slide comes down from the fort. To climb up into the fort is a combination ladder and rock climber and underneath the fort is a shallow sandbox. There are two sling swings and a trapeze swing as well. Once we finished putting the swing set together, the boys loved it! They really like the fort with the slide and the sandbox underneath.

Excellent swing set for kids

We received this swing set and it came in 2 huge boxes weighing for sure more than 100 lbs. (I feel bad for the poor UPS man!) I also feel bad for myself who had to lug everything in multiple trips to the backyard from the front for assembly. :) It took us very long to assemble and you need to have a buddy or two (or three) help you. This may take shorter for someone who is more handy than me as I am not so handy. Once assembled, it measures about 13 x 10 feet but obviously you'd want more space around it for the kids to swing. It seems very sturdy and made of good quality materials. I especially like the vinyl over the swing chains so the kids don't get blisters. And the well thought out little table and bench at the end (which is in the shade of its own canopy! - so smart). It seems that this was really designed with today's kids and parents in mind. Overall, I am very pleased with this swing set and I foresee my children playing on it for many years to come.

Hours of Outdoor Fun and Adventure!

I got the Sunnyslope Wooden Swing Set for my nephew and nieces, and it's been a delightful addition to their backyard. The sturdy construction, made of dense Northern Europe Scandinavian fir, immediately stood out to me as a high-quality feature. Unlike other swing sets I've seen, this one feels robust and safe, giving me peace of mind while the kids play. The variety of activities is impressive - from the dual sling swings to the 6-foot slide and the rock climbing wall, there's never a dull moment. I appreciate the added touches like the vinyl chain covers on the swings for hand protection and the fabric canopy which provides much-needed shade on sunny days. However, I did notice that the sand for the sandbox isn't included, which was a bit of a letdown. We had to purchase sand separately, which added to the overall cost. Also, the assembly process was quite time-consuming, so be prepared to invest some effort there. Despite these minor issues, the joy it brings to the kids is undeniable. They spend hours playing on it, which is a great way for them to enjoy outdoor activities and stay active. Overall, this swing set has been a fantastic investment for fun, safe, and engaging outdoor play.
