I have had one of these for a few years and loved it because it works great . Had to finally replace it but now will be returning it because the charging cord will not hold in the plug in on both remote and collar. I have tried to contact this vendor to try to get a replacement charger but no one will contact me back so I will return this one and go to the maker to purchase the new one .
