Works Great

At first I thought I had ordered the wrong product as the batteries did not match. The instructions said if they do not match contact customer support. I contacted customer support and spoke with a woman who was friendly and helpful. She let me know the battery had been updated and I received the correct product. I continued my install and have been super pleased. The only down fall to my product is that it has been discontinued so I can not purchase other items for it.

Great Kit, Easy to Replace

Bought this kit to replace the battery in my SD350 collar which wouldn't hold a charge for even a couple hours. Very easy to replace. Fully charged to collar upon install for 24 hours. I only use it when dog goes outside (a couple hours a day), turn it off when removed, and I have not had to charge it since initial charge two weeks ago.

Easy to install

My collar stopped working so I bought this kit to replace the battery. It was easy to install but my collar still doesn't hold a charge. So I bought the battery kit to relieve the remote control battery. I hope that fixes it because I really love this collar!
