There is just the right amount of chocolate chips in the Eggo chocolate chip waffles. They brown up nicely in the toaster, and also make great ice cream sandwiches in the summer. We use a burger press from Tupperware to form the ice cream the same size as the waffles! It's a lot less messy than other methods. Just put 1 cooked waffle in the bottom of the press, then scoop some ice cream on top of it, press the ice cream flat with the press top. Remove waffle with ice cream from the press and top the ice cream with a second cooked waffle. 😋
