I buy these when I want a quick meal or I'm trying to lose weight. As long as you have something healthy added, this is a great meal for weight loss. It is quick and easy also. I do prefer to add Lowry's Garlic seasoning, black pepper, extra mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. If I'm not trying with weight, I use crackers to eat this. I definitely recommend this!

It's tasty and although I could cook up something similar at home, this controlled portion keeps me from eating too much of whatever I might prepare at home. That's critical for staying in the desired calorie deficit. This dinner takes good and is also forced self control!
