Quality is very good, stays firmly in place where it is put. My only objection is I'm not entirely sure I wanted it to stay exactly where I put it. I have another jeep with a simpler, "two wrap-around straps and a hand-grab", and it doesn't feel as solid or secure as this, but it offers a little more flexibility about where it is without having to loosen and tighten the straps. You won't be disappointed with this one, though. A couple people in my life have trouble getting in and out of Wranglers, and this helps them a lot. Teams up nicely with grab handles on the window column on a JK.
