Design and clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing you notice is the LG power cord is not some bulky 3 point plug as per older models, rather a transformer and a simple copper wire to a DC input. Very good. Gives the system a less bulk feel. That clarity of the design is of excellent quality. The curved stand gives a great sense of stability. Overall, very impressed with the new wide LG monitor

Wow that's wide

I'm not used to such a major wide monitor. First and second and third impression was what have I done this looks so tiny in height. Totally tromple l'oeil or eye trick! I measured my height of a regular 4K Samsung monitor which I love (I have 2) and it's the same height and that one "looks bigger" but this is way more retail space width-wise. I suggest a mandatory stand at 16" wide, something that has alternating heights. Currently I'm using a storage box. I love the tilt on this stand though, it really is a great feature. I'm a designer and colors and saturation on this is great, very natural. Very happy! Haven't used it in night-time but I'm sure it'll be fine.

ultra wide means u can have up to 4 different screens on, for fifa you can have the whole pitch on screen which is a major advantage, refresh rate of 1ms and picture quality is outstanding for all things gaming and videos. you have to have one of these in your arsenal.
