bad experience with Walmart Auto Service

the tires and shipment were great. Hagerstown Walmart claimed they don't have the tools to mount and balance. refered me to Walmart @ Waynesboro PA. at that appointment they informed me they don't have the tools to balance the tires. All things considered, it was a waste of time and fuel.

Terrible service, lack of communication.

Walmart provided no receipts or warranty info. Chatting go no where. They cancelled my appointment four times. Three times because they misjudged the arrival time of the tires and the fourth time because they said a 6 am in the morning that I did not show up for an appointment when the appointment was not until 9 am.
