Bought this bowl in 5 different sizes. Good weight and good construction. They are not the super heavy institutional use bowls so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere, but they are solid enough for the home cook, gardener and artist. Love the bigger sizes, have used them for everything under the sun!

I love this bowl. It is a great size if you need a medium size bowl for mixing. They are light weight and easy to use. I bought all of the sizes that they offered. However, if you go larger than an 8 quart bowl they are too large for a standard kitchen cabinet. I gave my three larger bowls (13, 16, and 20 quart) away. They were just too large for storage and for handling. I rated it a 4 star only because I found that when using a whip to mix a melted chocolate and sugar base it scratched up the inside of the bowl. Also, they do not have the size engraved on the bottom. So if the sticker label comes off you will have to try to remember what size it is, if you want to know that the size of the bowl.
