Sealed down flaking paint!
I had a wall were the old paint was flaking off, leaving a powdery residue. I scraped the loose paint off and sand the surface lightly. When I applied clear Peel Stop primer, it soaked into the wall sealing everything down tight. Once it dried, I was able to apply regular primer and paint and it all is solid. No more flaking!
