This lotion helps me stay moisturized after showers. I have psoriasis and need to have lotion on every day, which this one has been pretty good with lasting 24 hours. It isn't too greasy if you put on a thin layer after your shower. It won't fix my spots, but it helps with existing spots not dry out and spread.
