Warranty Replace

Works great !!
I bought this LG portable Blu-Ray as an upgrade from an older one. This one loads disks fast and provides outstanding video and audio. I highly recommend this Blu-Ray portable player.

Not the best drive, but not the worst.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems that this product isnt necessarilty compatible with my computer. Sometimes it works and displays videos, sometimes it doesnt. I would like to know how to get firmware and driver updates if at all available and how to reach support.
