I spent almost a week with itchy hands and feet along with burning eyes and sneezing. this has really helped with the itchiness. it's kinda hit or miss with the burning eyes but does better for the sneezing but the relief from the hands and feet makes me want to hug them.

Cetirizine pills dramatically decrease itchy rash

I have developed either a chlorine and/or sunrash. I am now wearing a long-sleeve shirt while swimming. Further, after extensive research, I bought this product. Happily, it is a non-drowsy formula, which actually works well. I usually take 1 per day (a.m. or p.m.). I am combining these pills with a "colloidal oatmeal" cream quercetin/bromelain supplements. The itching has decreased dramatically. I plan to continue this "anti-itch regimen" for the duration of this year's swimming season.
