The item was missing the mop itself, only got the cleaning heads. The bucket is low quality plastic not like the one I've had for years. Upon receiving it the bucket is broken…missing parts..not sure if it was packaged that way and shipped out like that or if it was damaged by the UPS delivery person. I am still waiting g for my refund.
