From the warm shores of Okinawa comes this scrumptious citrus tea. A hint of peppermint rounds out the full spectrum of flavor that this flavored green tea provides. Loose leaf Japanese Sencha, lemon zest, peppermint, and lemongrass create a refreshing citrus medley
Our Japanese Sencha green tea has been picked during the peak season, and is perfectly balanced with Okinawa lemon and citrus. Wonderfully smooth and loaded with antioxidants, this tea can be enjoyed any time of the day - in the morning, afternoon, or evening to relax and bring a moment of stillness and calm.
It does contain some caffeine, about a quarter of the amount as a cup of coffee. It can be brewed hot or iced and sweetener (honey) can be added to bring out the natural lemon flavors.
Green tea leaves are non-oxidized and are pan-fried or steamed just after harvest, followed by rolling + drying. Green tea is rich in healthy antioxidants, egcg, and flavonoid quercetin.
Tea bags are convenient, easy to use + perfect when you're on the go. Grab a cup + hot water. No need for a strainer, tea infuser, steeper. At Spice Hut we never crush our tea leaves when packaging them into tea sachets. We delicately place our fancy premium whole leaf tea into pyramid shaped tea bags allowing tea leaves to fully expand, release pure flavor, aroma + health benefits.

Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of pure loose leaf tea per cup of water. Bring cold water to under a boil, use a tea strainer, steeper, or tea infuser, and steep 2-3 minutes. Try with Honey, crystals, or sweetener of your choice. For Iced tea: After Steeping (and adding sweetener, if desired), Allow the tea to cool by placing it in the refrigerator. (If using an Iced Tea Pitcher, use 1 teaspoon per cup of water). Enjoy!
