I buy a new pair every 6 months.
I have been using this product for several years. I remove the insole from my athletic shoes & insert these. I incurred a debilitating injury from a pair of newly purchased women's all leather New Balance shoes. Due to a defect on the upper portion of the shoe, I am unable to wear any shoe that doesn't have a soft (cloth) rim. These absorb the shock of walking pavement. They provide overall stability which is highly important to my balance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
