This deep-reaching formula starts to kill in minutes to control more than 65 types of insects as listed, including ants, roaches (German and American), water bugs, silverfish, sowbugs (pillbugs) and crickets. The granules dissolve completely for more killing power. The convenient 3-pound shaker bag makes it easy to apply – just evenly sprinkle granules over and around each anthill, apply around your home foundation in a 3- to 5-foot band, or apply over the entire lawn. Water in gently immediately after application. When using Spectracide Ant Shield Insect Killer Granules, try to get even coverage when shaking out the granules. Reapply after hard rains to areas where downspouts empty – apply up to six times per year per location.
