Good Rope, handle not holding up though

Have only used this rope a few times since purchase. I like the length. I like the option to remove small sections of the rope if desired. Kinks seem to smooth right out after some weight is put on it. However, 2nd time out, a chunk of the handle material the size of a quarter tore off right down to the metal. Not impressed with that at all. Improve the handle durability and it will be a terrific rope
