- WHITE TEA: White tea is the least processed of all the tea types and the closest to the bush. White tea is naturally oxidized and has a wonderful sweet, soft and succulent cup. White tea is extremely light, pale-colored or blush-toned and characterized by mellow floral sweet flavors.
