Don't mistake this for lower grade teas of this type. This is a premium grade golden monkey that is not to be missed! Loose Leaf Brewing Instructions: Start with cold water and bring water to a boil. Add tea leaves, one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. For iced tea, add one level tablespoon. Pour hot water over leaves and steep 3-6 minutes. Remove or strain tea and enjoy!
