Directions for Use: **Fill: Special Kitty Fragrance Free Natural Clay Cat Litter into a clean litter box to cover the bottom - between 3-5 inches. **Maintain: It is recommended that you clean out soiled waste areas at least once a day. **Refresh: Weekly, or as needed, completely replace all used litter, refilling cleaned litter box with unused litter to a depth of 3-5 inches. **Encouraging your cat to use an indoor litter box, or properly disposing of outdoor cat feces, is beneficial to overall water quality. Please do not flush cat litter in toilets or dispose of it in gutters or storm drains. Always remember to wash hands with soap and water after cleaning the litter box or handling used cat litter. **CAUTION: Cat feces can sometimes transmit a disease called Toxoplasmosis. Pregnant women or individuals with a compromised immune system should be cautious when cleaning the litter box. Consult your physician for further questions.

We specifically use a fragrance free litter to reduce exposure to unnecessary chemicals. We have 4 cats and this litter controls the odor. We change out the litter box every 4 -5 days depending on traffic so we don't scoop in between but it is definitely easy to scoop the solids out without issues. However, it could be made better by the manufacturer to reduce the excessive amount of dust it produces.
