Fits comfortable, plenty of strap for wrapping too. Easy to follow instructions included. Works for men & women, one size fits all. Good support and stability for wrist when working out. Throw them.in gym bag and off you go.

Comfortable & strong

Super strong and comfortable straps that hold weights well. Easy to use and thick for great comfort. They’re easy to use and very diravlble. Their thickness makes them very comfortable without cutting into hands.

These really do help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These straps really did help with gripping weights. I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical of rhem and if they would actually work or not. I'm pretty new to using weights and I did find they helped take some pressure off my wrists and helped grip when lifting. I am impressed! These will be coming with me on every teip to the gym.
