Received Wrong Item and They Won't Refund Me

Firstly- this item deserves 5 stars, it's Walmart's Help System that deserves 1 star. I am SO BEYOND DONE. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have contacted Walmart 6 times now, was told someone would get in touch with me via email to help resolve my issue and instead they sent me an automated email that isn't being monitored for replies and instead referring that I go to Walmart's website chat for help. I have spoken to five different people and finally today someone issued a "partial refund" for the items I did not receive and the partial refund amount isn't even what the person told me I'd be receiving on the phone or for the right amount of items. I'm furious and have wasted SO MUCH time over this. Their website had an item listed: "Soylent Ready to Drink Meal Replacement Shake, Strawberry, 14 Oz, 12 Ct" The picture showed an entire case for sale and I ordered a total of 34 Cases. Which should have been 408 Bottles, and instead I received 34 bottles. They now have changed the listing on the site, and won't honor their previous price to make sure I receive what I ordered. (isn't this Walmart policy?). Nor will they refund me properly, for what I didn't receive. I have screen shots of when the case was being sold for $3.68 and of my order numbers/icon that shows I was supposed to be receiving cases. Every time I call Walmart, someone claims they're going to help me and then it either doesn't get pushed through, or they mess up.

False advertising %26 promises is Walmart's way

I am writing to formally dispute a series of charges made to my account by Walmart, in connection with an online order I placed for twelve cases (12-pack case of 14 oz bottles), which was advertised at $3.68 per case. Unfortunately, my experience with this order has been unsatisfactory, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I initially placed an order for five 12-pack cases based on the advertised offer. However, upon delivery, I only received five single bottles instead of the five cases I had ordered. I promptly contacted Walmart to address the discrepancy and requested a refund or the correct items. They swiftly issued refund and I was advised to reorder, with the assurance that my subsequent orders would be fulfilled correctly. Based on this assurance, I placed additional orders, including up to 12 cases, on multiple occasions, the first one refunded and assured the re order they did would be correct. However, each time I continued to receive only single bottles instead of cases. This repeated error resulted in multiple charges to my account for products I did not receive as advertised. Despite Walmart leaving the misleading ad up for approximately two weeks, my attempts to secure a refund after they even said they would for the last 2 incorrect orders now changed and they absolutely refuse to process refund leaving me with no resolution. I have repeatedly contacted Walmart's customer service to resolve this issue, investing significant time and effort in doing so, yet I have not been able to obtain the advertised products or a satisfactory resolution to the problem. They continue to stand by saying I recieved what I ordered and paid for. In essence they stole from me. I request that all affected customers victims to this false advertisement join me in making sure policy is changed at Walmart so that they dont use their power and size to false advertise, make promises that they don't deliver on and actions to take that ultimately lead nowhere but being screwed. Perhaps a class action lawsuit can be filed. I have screenshots and recordings telling me they will issue a refund. Advising me to re order and assuring the ad was correct and I'd get what I ordered. Having them say keep product and not return it due to it being perishable. I'm screenshotting this review too so hope Walmart doesn't censor it. Walmart you will lose to Amazon if you proceed this way. Don't abuse your near monopoly like power to screw your customers you already under pay your employees. Don't steal from your customers.
