Great Product, but Missing Parts

This is actually a really nice hammock swing and worked perfectly for the space that I'm using it in, but the order was missing a part. I had to Frankenstein a solution together to make it hang (the picture shows the missing rope for hanging, we used a kickboxing chain to make it hang), but I'm going to return and replace it and hope that the replacement comes with all the pieces required to make it functional.
